We’re proud to welcome Yureli Mancilla as the Operations & Client Experience Manager at Chico Creek Insurance. As the Manager of Chico Creek Insurance, Yureli leads our daily operations, oversees customer service and quality control, and ensures our staff stays aligned, accountable, and performing at the highest level in their day-to-day work.

In addition to her experience in healthcare and food service, Yureli also played a key role in helping her parents start and run their business, gaining hands-on experience in operations, organization, and team leadership. As a bilingual professional (English and Spanish), she also helps ensure that our diverse community receives clear, accurate, and personalized service.

Yureli plays a strategic role in maintaining service excellence, supporting agency growth, and strengthening internal operations. Her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to our clients make her an invaluable part of Chico Creek Insurance, and we are excited to have her guiding our team forward.
