Julio Ramirez brings more than 20 years of insurance experience, having started his career in the insurance industry in 2004. Throughout his career, Julio has worked with multiple local insurance groups, where he helped grow and strengthen their agencies through exceptional customer service, sales leadership, and deep product knowledge.
Beginning his career in customer service, Julio worked his way up to becoming a licensed insurance agent, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of insurance operations, where he played a key role in expanding their client base, improving retention, and increasing overall agency performance.
In 2013, Julio took the next step in his professional journey by founding Chico Creek Insurance. What began as a small independent agency has grown into a trusted independent agency serving clients throughout California. Today, as President of Chico Creek Insurance, Julio leads a dedicated team focused on delivering personalized, honest, and dependable insurance solutions.
Julio is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve Chico’s diverse community with clarity and confidence. His deep understanding of insurance carriers, policy structures, and underwriting guidelines enables him to place clients with the right coverage—whether for auto, home, commercial, or specialty insurance needs.
